changes:
-improved Qt bindings
-Cairo backend now supports masked images
-make glib bindings more language binding friendly
-Search now works with ligatures
-glib bindings now has an entry point to render to a cairo_t
-GCC 4.1 and MSVC compilation fixes
-bugfixes and cleanup
