Log Message:
Update alee-ttf to 6.3.  Patches provided by the maintainer,
Yi Min-Cheol, in PR pkg/32505.

Changes since 6.0:
- Rename four ttf fonts.
- Add 12px bitmap fonts to EunGuseulMono.ttf.
