It found out that current htmllint in pkgsrc should have version
20051019, not 20050924.

I looked at htmllint.history.txt in the distribution file and checked
change's entries.  They were dated 2005.09.24.  But real modified time
was 2005.10.19.

So, I'll change the package's version to 20051019 and revert
DIST_SUBDIR setting.
