Update to 2.120:

2.120 Wed Mar 16 01:39:57 CET 2005
        - '-base', and '-places' options for $RE {num} {int}. '-group' can
           now take arguments for the form 'N,M'.
        - New file: t/number/integer.t
        - Comments for BML, INTERCAL (JP), and CQL.
        - Regexp::Common::SEN nits.
        - Many more tests.
        - ca. 223k tests in 56 files.
