make sure frozen-bubble installs perl module in vendor_site
Fix PR 32015, no need for PKGREVISION bump, as it fails otherwise

Also, the previous version may have installed files in
lib/perl5/site_perl/**/auto/fb_c_stuff/
They will have to be manually deleted
