   Update sudo to nb2 to address the recent secuity issue:
   - http://www.sudo.ws/sudo/alerts/perl_env.html

   - Add "PERLLIB", "PERL5LIB" and the "PERL5OPT" to the list of
     environment variables to be cleaned.
