Please revert these. If a directory is not listed in the category's
Makefile, there will be no README.html generated for it on the web
server, and the bulk builds will ignore it too.

The only reasons a directory should be commented out is if it
doesn't contain a package or if it breaks bulk builds or the README
generation.
