I'm not particulary eager for this, have a lot of half-done
projects, just needed a working pdf viewer.
So if you want, take it.

Didn't look at the details, but it seems that dvi support is
a shared library plugin, could be an extra pkg to avoid
a teTeX dependency in the base pkg.
(I also deliberately avoided the "ghostscript.mk" because this
doesn't allow me to switch the ghostscript version later.)
