I'll look at this in the morning and fix.  The 1.99 API was evolving in
nature, and there was even a comment in pkgsrc to that effect, so any
software assuming an interim 1.99 API should be fixed anyhow.

(Preloading Apache2::compat can assist in many of these cases.)
