Well, the version for pkgsrc pkg_install needs to be increased. Normally,
we use the date (see example already there). But that won't be accurate,
because there are other fixes in src/usr.sbin/pkg_install also for that
date.
Someone else emailed saying they may pull in the new improvements, so I
guess if that is done quickly then this should be fine.
Or maybe PKGREVISION would be okay until then.
