Update to 1.8.0:

Notable improvements in Pango since version 1.6 include:

* New script support: Lao, Sinhala, Syriac, Tibetan
* PangoRenderer, a base object holding the logic for rendering PangoLayout
  which was previously duplicated in many places.
* Transformed rendering support for the Xft backend
