Log Message:
On NetBSD/alpha, building perl with -mieee causes perl to not pass
the test for integer.pm (pkg/28498).  Until this is fixed in either
NetBSD, GCC or perl, strip out -mieee from the compiler command line.
This "fixes" pkg/28498.
