	er... yeah.. freeze, not branch yet.  I was trying to flush out any mods
I had sitting around that might have caused the "can't upgrade pkg_install"
problem.  (see tech-pkg, "pkg_install BIG problem")
	so, should I finish this off (man page and version.h) or back it out?
