Update to 0.11.8.  This version corresponds to GNOME 2.8.0.

* Fixed broken .m4 macro (bugzilla 152086)

* Fixes for bug #144435, #147633, #142831, and #150260.
  Non-XKB compose keyboards are working better now with
  word completion, and at login with a working 'Menus' key.
