Yeah, I know it's not a strong argument.  But the thing is that I really
think it is a "time" utility (according to the last part of time's Makefile
comment), but also a system utility...  Looking at sysutils, I saw 'tkcron',
but I thought "I can move it later to time".

I can move the package to sysutils, or add sysutils as a secondary category...
