Update to version 2.6.12.  Supposedly the last release of the 2.6.x series.

What's new since 2.6.11:
* fixed put over https protocol.
* fixed spinning in bg mode when an external program was still running at
  the time of moving to background.
* fixed compilation with IRIX MIPSPro compiler.
