This change is not yes complete.  The shlib major for libGLU.so has
gone from 2 to 4, so the BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.glu in glu/buildlink2.mk
should be bumped to the latest version of the package.  This also means
that PKGREVISIONs need to be bumped across pkgsrc for packages that
directly or indirectly depend on glu.
