Upgrade to 2.6.8, by Soren Jacobsen via PR pkg/23383.

Changes since 2.6.7:

	* better multibyte character support.
	* experimental ftp protocol command PRET added; new setting
	  ftp:use-pret.
	* unblock SIGCLD signal when running external programs.
	* fixed compilation with socks.
