Log Message:
Strip bare "-L${BUILDLINK_DIR}" (note there is no trailing "/lib") from
dependency_libs definitions in *.lai files.  This should remove another
instance that can cause "buildlink2 leakage" into installed files under
${LOCALBASE}.
