Is there some reason why the PKGNAME isn't just cdrecord?  You can't
install both the cdrecord-devel and cdrecord at the same time anyway,
and other packages in the tree that are -devel or -current just install
with the same name as the "stable" package.

Also, 1.11a34 isn't a good version number because it will sort after
1.11, which we probably don't want.  I suggest using "1.10.34" instead.
