Log Message:
When PKG_DEBUG_LEVEL=2, set_PKG_DEBUG_SCRIPT is set to "${SH} -x".  Use
_PKG_DEBUG_SCRIPT when running the INSTALL/DEINSTALL scripts so that they
may be easier to debug.
