Update p5-MailTools to 1.44

 * add -I to mailx for netbsd and openbsd too.
 * Do respect user's X-Mailer in Mail::Internet above own line.
 * Header-line without body lost line-separator in Mail::Header.pm
 * Found that I removed a blank before 'sub smtpsend' which caused
   AutoSplit to misbehave.
