Log Message:
Updated to version 2002-1.
Changes are bug fixes, better graphics handling.

Pkgsrc changes: Replaced {DE,}INSTALL scripts with @exec/@unexec entries
  in PLIST.
  Added LATEX2HTML_ICONPATH variable to set where latex2html's icons
  appear in web space.
