Is there a document somewhere of what Solaris OS packages must be
installed in order to use pkgsrc under Solaris? Is there any way we
could make defs.SunOS.mk enforce a check of these packages?

(I ask because it is not uncommon for a Solaris admin to not install
/usr/xpg4, and pkgsrc depends on it in multiple places, including this
one.)
