Initial import of hiawatha-0.1, a barebones HTTP server with XML/XSLT
support.

Hiawatha is a standalone webserver with build-in support for XML,
XSL, XSLScript, HTTP, and CGI (GET and POST). Hiawatha is written
in Java and it is Open Source ( and 100% free ).
