Well, you _shouldn't_ be putting your apps in webapps, any more than you
should be putting your web pages in /usr/pkg/share -- the documentation
for tomcat clearly recommends creating a new context for your work.

However, I agree that putting a new context under webapps is a
reasonable thing to do, so this should be changed to @unexec rm -rf
%D/jakarta/tomcat/webapps/{ROOT,examples,test}.

I am currently getting ready to import a new version of tomcat, and to
move this a little closer to hier(7), and the new package solves this
more cleanly.  I will import it as soon as I finish updating the
dependent packages (of which there are a lot more than in previous
versions).
