In the bsd.bulk-pkg.mk, target bulk-check-uptodate, the last line is:

     ${ECHO_MSG} $$uptodate

Isn't that wrong?

ECHO_MSG is intended to be set by the user to whatever command he likes 
the progress messages to be formatted.

The line comes from revision 1.1, so there's no place to ask but here. :)
