I don't understand this.   /usr/pkg/info/dired-x is in every emacs install 
that I have.  Having been put there by this standard bit of the emacs 
install:

   cd /pkgsrc/editors/emacs/work.i386/emacs-21.4/info ; \
   for f in ada-mode* autotype* ccmode* cl* dired-x* ebrowse* ediff* efaq* 
emacs* eshell* eudc* forms* gnus* idlwave* message* mh-e* pcl-cvs* reftex*

      /usr/bin/install -c -o root -g wheel -m 
444 /pkgsrc/editors/emacs/work.i386/emacs-21.4/info/$f /usr/pkg/info/$f); \
