Should be.  I'd be curious for a build report after today, since this tree
was apparently checked out during the Broken Time.

But... now that libltdl is factored out, that means OS-specific fixes to
libtool (the script, that is) won't require PKGREVISION bumps on all the
libltdl downstream dependencies.  Whee.
