This appears to be a PLIST issue.  Since the branch, libxml2 has been
updated several times, but no single commit without a version bump has
addressed the PLIST issue.

Since the current version of libxml2 installs fine (ie PLIST for newer
versions are not broken), can't we just request a pullup to the latest
version on the head?
