>Description:
The pkgfind package fails to build on Linux systems because NO_CONFIGURE is set in its Makefile.  Because NO_CONFIGURE is set, the "pre-configure" target defined in inplace.mk by the libnbcompat package gets skipped and libnbcompat doesn't get configured or built.  Removing NO_CONFIGURE=yes corrects the problem on Linux.

Try to build pkgfind under Linux.
