I haven't any errors like this now, i was install new glibc last month,
probably that solve that problem.
But in bulk install, there is problem with man5 directory which not
exists:
http://linux.blackmouse.biz/pub/blackmouse-current/i686/pkgstat/20070709.1831/www/cgilib/.broken.html
so simple adding ${PKGMANDIR}/man5 to INSTALLATION_DIRS= in Makefile
solve this problem.
