 I think this was fixed in usr.bin/ftp/fetch.c rev 1.165.
 What does "ident /usr/bin/ftp | grep fetch" say?
 
 As this change hasn't been pulled up to netbsd-3 I guess we could add
 offload1.icculus.org as an alternate MASTER_SITE.
