Synopsis: mail/bulk_mailer does not build

The package has a configure script which tests for the existance
of strdup() its local definitions of strdup() and strndup() are
inside a HAVE_STRDUP define. It would appear likely that the strdup()
test is failing on your system (it works fine as of at least 
NetBSD-4.0_BETA2). Could you check the output in config.log?
