 The proposed fix looks correct, although it lacks a revision bump for xpdf.
 
 Sorry for not replying earlier but I didn't know about this PR until now.
 
 Ideally all packages that install an application for the user should
 also install a .desktop file.  This allows the generation of menus in
 GNOME/KDE, the handling of mime types (file associations) in these
 desktops and, in a future, it'd allow the automatic generation of
 menus for other window managers (a la Debian's "menu" tool).
 
 I'm not commiting this right now because I'm afraid the translations
 in the file have been garbled.  Could you check if they are correct?
 Or we'd add it with English text only for now...
