Generally not, though you can check the list of available packages
at ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/README-all.html
pkgsrc is currently frozen in preparation for cutting a new stable
branch, so dirvish should show up in 2006Q3 sometime soon.
