Synopsis: net/bind8 rc.d script doesn't work on older systems

This patch no longer applies cleanly, and is no longer the correct way
to handle this problem.  Modern pkgsrc ships with an rc.subr pkg in
pkgtools/rc.subr.  Please try your configuration with this pkg and submit a
new PR if the problem still exists with that setup.
