 So I updated to todays version of 3.0_BETA and cleaned up my pkgdb by
 deinstalling standalone-tcsh, removing the leftover directory from
 /var/db/pkg/ and ran "pkg_admin rebuild".
 
 This worked, so I think I now had a clean pkgdb. I then build
 shells/standalone-tcsh again and installed it, but again "make install"
 failed with
 
 pkg_create: can't open pkgdb: No such file or directory
 
 Anyone else seeing this?
