	The teTeX package defaults to A4 paper. This is in and of
itself not a critical problem, but it is especially hard to
fix it or to make it default to something else. It would be nice if
you could make it default to US Letter by setting an mk.conf variable,
by using the getpapersize/setpapersize packages, etc.

	Build teTeX. Note that fixing the install for your local paper
size is arcane and unpleasant.
