The remaining problem with this PR is the BDB selection. By default, this
package selects BDB_TYPE=db4, but the expected interface is that from db1.
Setting BDB_ACCEPTED=db1 does not work. Example:

$ bmake BDB_ACCEPTED=db1
===> db4 is not an acceptable Berkeley DB type for pkg_filecheck-0.1nb1.
*** Error code 255

Stop.
