indy# grep NetBSD ../xmlcatmgr/catalogs.mk
# $NetBSD: catalogs.mk,v 1.9 2005/03/24 22:42:59 jlam Exp $
Still broken with v1.9 of catalogs.mk.
I believe the cause maybe related to the use of NO_BUILD in the Makefile, which bsd.wrappers.mk uses to decide it shouldn't include bsd.buildlink3.mk.
