>Fix:
I have prepared a patch available at:

http://pitkali.w.interia.pl/py-qt3-base.patch

It changes Makefile and patch-aa. Moreover, I moved qtxml module to base package (instead of modules), since now pyuic3 and pylupdate3 seems to depend on it. Without qtxml configure insists on copying qdom.cpp and qxml.cpp from non-existent directories (I guess it expects qt source tree under QTDIR/src). PLIST has been modified accordingly (not to mention py-qt3-modules, but that is included with another PR).
