 If you remove openssl, then please remove it completely.  Otherwise
 e.g. the security/openssl/builtin.mk test will still find the header
 file and assume it is there.
 I'm not sure if it's sufficient, but you'll at least have to remove
 /usr/include/openssl/opensslv.h
 perhaps also
 /usr/include/openssl/des.h
 /usr/include/openssl/des_old.h
 Probably at best the whole openssl subdirectory.
