Synopsis: cyclic dependancy in pkgtools/x11-links

Does this problem still exist with current pkgsrc and NetBSD>=2.0?  I've
tested building x11-links on NetBSD-2.0 which has XF86 4.4.0 and encountered
no problems.  Please let me know if this PR may be closed.
