I cannot easily build wip/darcs when lang/ghc has no buildlink3.mk file.
That's because ghc translates haskell to C and then compiles the C files
using the headers provided in the lang/ghc package. These are invisible
as long as there is no buildlink3.mk file for lang/ghc.
