You should probably repost to tech-embed.

Anyway -- I'm using a Soekris 4801.  I don't know if I get full 100M
bps, but I just ran a ttcp through it to a slow (450 Mhz) machine and
got 88M bps; I only get 91M bps when going to a fast machine on a path
that doesn't pass through the Soekris.  The 4801 has 3 Ethernets, a USB
port, a serial console, and a compact flash slot.
