Check your path -- when I install rman from
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/packages-2006Q3/NetBSD-3.0/i386/Al=
l/
and do 'rman -v', it says 3.2:

	$ rman -v
	PolyglotMan v3.2 of $Date: 2003/07/26 19:00:48 $
