OK, I'm pretty happy too see people involved into NetBSD docs and
translations, it is really great. And I'm not trying to be rude, or
ignorant, just that..no one cares about the FAQ, website, manuals, you
all, just start your own project, and work, in small teams, when we
all can work as one team, here, translating the faq and the website
into spanish first, and then we'll see what about extra
documentation/spanish wiki.
The best way to support NetBSD with docs and translation its to
translate the website and website's content, or submit new
documentation to netbsd.org. This is linux-style, to access XXXXXX
number websites to find the documentation you need, and I'm pretty not
very excited with the linux-style of access to the documentation. If
we do not submit documentation and translation to the project, just to
submit small howtows on our websites, we are not really helping the
project.
I'm really excited to start working on netbsd's translations in
spanish and romanian, but unfortunately, I cant do it all by myself.
Why? Because translating does not mean only once time translation, you
have to keep all the translations up-to-date (outdated translations
and somehow, totally useless), and I dont have the necesarry amount of
free time to do it all by myself.
I'm looking for teams (or to create a team) to start the translations,
if someone interested, just let me know.
