Subject: import OpenBSD's tcpdrop(8) command?

Since their 3.6 release, OpenBSD has a tcpdrop(8) command, to, well, drop
TCP connections (specified by local and remote address and port).  This
looks quite handy (in fact I could use it right now).  Can we import it (or
implement something similar) in NetBSD?
