I'm having trouble on a 2.0 machine with a USB keyboard.  The message
'usbd_setup_pipe: failed to start endpoint, TIMEOUT' shows up when it 
fails.  Is this likely to be a probelm with the device, or is there 
some kernel deficiency in the USB support?  If the latter, is there a 
fix in 2.0.2 or should I go all the way to -current?
